Message	Please define best. If you your looking soely at the strength of the splice then you may be correct. Are you talking about it's resistance to vibration or how long it takes to terminate? A proper crimp will be better. Just to put some perspective to this debate a size 20 contact which accepts up to a 20ga wire has a pull out strength of 20lbs. If you need you wires to resist anywhere near that much force you have larger issuses and need to look at not using you harness as a load bearing member of the car.
